Founder/President
Stephanie Gordon, L.Ac
Stephanie is deeply passionate about using holistic treatments to support the physical and mental challenges often faced by first responders. Through her work and the creation of Sacred Dunes Community Outreach, Stephanie is committed to making restorative care accessible at low or no cost to those who serve their communities.

Vice President
Caitlyn Benson, LSW
Caitlyn is a compassionate therapist and police social worker specializing in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and mental health support for first responders, veterans, and community members. With advanced training in crisis response, suicide prevention, and mediation, she brings a deep understanding of high-stress careers and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for healing, resilience, and growth.

Captain Paramedic
Jennifer Sabie
Jen is a seasoned first responder with over 20 years of experience, beginning as a volunteer firefighter and advancing through roles as an EMT, paramedic, and paramedic captain. She is a founding member of both the LaPorte County Peer Support Team and the LaPorte County EMS Peer Support Team. Jen is currently earning her yoga instructor certification to provide sessions specifically designed for first responders.

Camille Burkhart
Camille is a college student at Northern Michigan University with a strong passion for giving back to her community. She is dedicated to supporting meaningful causes while gaining hands-on accounting experience, helping ensure the organization operates with care, transparency, and purpose.

Secretary
Sam Brodhacker
Samantha is driven by a deep passion for charity work and community impact. Beyond her leadership in daily operations, she is dedicated to advancing Sacred Dunes’ mission through service-oriented initiatives, creative fundraising efforts, and community-focused programs.

Amber Poff, ESQ
Amber is a dedicated mother and community advocate who works with Indiana Guardianship Services, an organization that provides court-appointed legal guardianship for adults deemed incapacitated in LaPorte and Porter counties. Through her work, she supports some of the community’s most vulnerable individuals by helping ensure their safety, dignity, and access to essential care and resources. Amber is passionate about service, advocacy, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Evan Gordon is a seasoned business operations executive with experience running a dozen startups. He also has produced millions of dollars in sales within the media and home improvement verticals.

Monica Zibutis
Monica is a photographer, mom, and dedicated community member with a deep passion for supporting first responders. As the wife of a firefighter, she has a firsthand understanding of the sacrifices and resilience that come with a life of service. Her work is driven by a desire to honor families, connection, and the people who serve their communities, using photography as a way to tell meaningful stories and give back to those who give so much.
